Due to the nature of our products, all returns must be unworn, unopened, and in their original packaging, making them suitable for resale. If an item has been removed from its packaging, we are unable to accept it for hygiene reasons.
However, if you’ve received a faulty item or the wrong size due to an error on our part, we’ll be happy to sort it out. Simply get in touch with our customer service team, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund as needed.
